I always wear 2-in1 shorts for running but have always had to wear a belt for phone/keys etc. I’ve never found a belt that doesn’t work loose or bounce, These shorts fix all that! The phone pocket at the back is perfect and doesn’t bounce. The small zipped pocket for keys is perfect. And all the extra pockets will be great for gels/water etc for longer runs.
These shorts are a perfect fit, super comfortable and the inner short doesn’t ride up at all. I’ll definitely be buying another pair soon.
I am usually a die-hard leggings person because shorts never seem to fit right or feel practical. But these 2-in-1 shorts have completely surprised me. The inner layer feels secure and the outer layer is light. And the pockets! Finally, somewhere to stash my phone, jelly babies, key and even tissues without bounce.
I’m also what you’d call a “super sweater,” and normally shorts just get clammy and chafe fast, but these stay feeling fresh. The green T-shirt colour is fab - and so well cut. Not clingy, not boxy, just flattering.
As someone who always runs in leggings, I honestly didn’t expect to love this combo, but it’s become my new favourite running outfit.
The shorts are so comfortable to wear, really good quality and would highly recommend. I actually had the first shorts turn up that had a bit of a flaw in them so I contacted the company to let them know and sent photos and within an hour or so there was another one in the post and a very kind email. Excellent customer service.
Running a half marathon in a brand new pair of shorts isn't what would be recommended. However after wearing Escape Running shorts for my shakeout run, I couldn't wait to take on the challenge of the Great North Run! The fit of the shorts was perfect as was the comfort and length! I would very recommend people to get themselves a pair of Escape Running shorts!
